  • Měli jsme problém s hukotem nějakého čerpadla v noci. Milá paní recepční vše obratem řešila a dala nám nakonec jiný pokoj.

  • Nebylo mozno primo kontaktovat hotel a byl jsem nucen ubytovani objednat pres penzion.cz, ktery si nauctovat provizi 22%. Navic mi podal lzivou informaci o dostupnosti standardniho pokoje a donutil me objednat apartman. Pri prijezdu na hotel jsem zjistil, a recepcni mi to potvrdila, ze hotel je temer prazdny. Stejnou informaci mi prodejce sdelil i pro hotel Baltaci Atrium. Tento postup povazuji za nehorazny a penzion.cz jiz nikdy vice
